Cash Drawer Will Not Open
First let’s check to see if their is a connection between the printer and cash drawer
1: Select the Cash Register icon. Enter 4-digit Passcode.
2: Click the menu button in the top left hand corner.
3: Select No Sale.
4: A message will prompt you if you would like to open the cash drawer. Select Yes. Your cash drawer should open
5: If you receive a fail port message, follow the Receipt Printer Guide.
If the cash drawer still does not open, you will need to ensure the receipt printer and the cash drawer are properly connected to one another.
