In purchase order we need to set status of item at the time of order creation as according to we want to order, return, free goods, swap etc.

1. Go to rapid RMS application.
2. Open purchase order module from the dashboard.
   
   
3. Click on PO list.
   
   
4. Add some items in PO list.
5. In item detail there is one column name as status.
6. Default it would display order.
   
   
7. Click on order.
8. One pop up window will open with different status.
9. At a time only one status can set in a particular item.
10. Set any of status and apply done.
11. As according to the status set item would behave in order.
    
    
12. Order: Item would set for receive.
13. Return: Item would set for a return.
14. Free goods: Item would free in order.
Rather then PO list module order status can change from open order module.
