When user want to add memo pop up for reconcile manual entry then it can be set from BOF.

Follow below procedure to set memo for reconcile manual entry.

1. Log in with web URL.
2. Go to setting tab.
3. Select memo option.
4. When memo opens then many of ON/OFF switch display for different options.
5. Review there is one option for reconcile manual entry.
6. From BOF keep reconcile manual entry option OFF.
   
   
7. Now go to rapid rms application and open manual entry module.
8. Go to recall.
9. Reconcile any order.
   
   
10. There is no memo pop up open and order reconcile without any memo pop up.
11. Now from BOF keep reconcile hold invoice option ON.
    
    
12. Now restart application as any change from BOF will reflect in Pos after restart application.
13. Open manual entry module.
14. Open any recall entry.
15. Now reconcile that invoice.
16. When hit on reconcile button then there would be one pop up open for memo.
    
    
17. Either select text from suggestion or entry any valid text.
18. Hit save button.
19. Entry will reconcile with entered text in memo option.
