How to set memo for tax remove ?

When user want to add memo pop up for tax remove then it can be set from BOF.

Follow below procedure to set memo for tax remove.

  1. Log in with web URL.
  2. Go to setting tab.
  3. Select memo option.
  4. When memo open then many of ON/OFF switch display for different option.
  5. Review there is one option for tax remove.
  6. Keep tax remove option OFF from BOF.

  7. Open rapid rms application.
  8. Go to cash register.
  9. Ring up any item and swipe item.
  10. Remove tax.

  11. There is no pop up for memo at the time of remove tax.
  12. Now from side pan try to remove tax from item.



  13. There would no pop up for memo for tax removing.
  14. Now from BOF keep tax remove memo option ON.

  15. Restart application and go to cash register.
  16. Now ring up item and swipe item for edit.
  17. Click on cancel button of tax for remove tax from item.

  18. When click on cancel button then popup for memo would open.
  19. Select tax or add text for remove tax.
  20. Click on save.

  21. Memo text would save.
  22. Another option is, click on side pane and remove tax by tax remove button.

  23. When remove tax then memo pop up for tax removing reason would display.
  24. Enter proper reason and apply save.
  25. Added memo text would save in tax remove.
