When user want to add memo pop up for qtyOH change then it can be set from BOF.

Follow below procedure to set memo for qtyOH change.

1. Log in with web URL.
2. Go to setting tab.
3. Select memo option.
4. When memo open then many of ON/OFF switch display for different option.
5. Review there is one option for no sale.
6. Keep memo option for qty oh change OFF.
   
   
7. Open rapid rms application.
8. Go to inventory management module.
9. Open any item in edit mode.
10. There is one field qtyOH.
11. Click on that for change qtyOH for that item.
12. There is no pop up for memo, without any memo pop up qty OH would be change.
    
    
13. Now from BOF keep qtyOH changed memo option ON.
    
    
14. Restart application.
15. Now open inventory management application.
16. Open any item in edit mode.
17. Now in qty OH field try to change quantity.
18. When click on qty OH field then memo pop up for qty OH change reason would be open.
19. Either select text from given default text or enter your valid reason for qtyOH change.
    
    
20. Hit save.
21. Now change qty.
22. Memo text would be save at the time of qty change.
    
    
23. Thus, by this way qty OH change memo can be set.
