How to refund in house charge?
In house charge when a customer wants to refund amount then it is possible in customer loyalty.
- Open rapid RMS application.
- Go to the cash register.
- From RCR go to customer loyalty and select any customer.
- View that customer and go to house charge.
- At the bottom bar, there is one option refund.
- Tap on refund option.
- Enter amount.
- Complete transaction by any other payment type then house charge i.e cash.
