In house charge when a customer wants to refund amount then it is possible in customer loyalty.

1. Open rapid RMS application.
2. Go to the cash register.
3. From RCR go to customer loyalty and select any customer.
   
   
4. View that customer and go to house charge.
5. At the bottom bar, there is one option refund.
6. Tap on refund option.
   
   
7. Enter amount.
   
   
8. Complete transaction by any other payment type then house charge i.e cash.
