How load and redeem calculated in report ?
In report there is one section available for gift card (Type of payment) terms and calculation.
When any new gift card or existing gift card balance is filling that amount is consider in load in report.
When load gift card then payment can not be done by giftcard rather then that all other payment type can be used.
When any payment transaction is completed with gift card then that amount is consider as redeem in report.
GC liability is total Gift card amount that is in balance after load / redeem. In short GC liability is gift card balance.
In load and redeem, there is one filed available titled as count it represent number of count that how many times load and redeem process done in particular report scope.
