How to delete a customer?

If any customer is no more in use in application and if you want to delete that customer then follow below procedure.

  1. Open rapid RMS application.
  2. Go to the customer loyalty module.

  3. All existing customer display in the list.
  4. Swipe left.
  5. There is one delete button.
  6. Apply that button.

  7. Give yes to the confirmation message.

  8. Customer will remove from list.
