There are three ways to ring up fuel sales.

1. Pre Pay
2. Post Pay (Pre-Set)
3. Outdoor pay (Pay at the pump)

1. Pre Pay:-

It is mainly used when a customer already paid the amount for the fuel. The system only dispenses the exact amount of the fuel according to the payment made by the customer at the cash counter.

Please follow the below steps:-

1. Open Rapid RMS application.
2. Select the Cash register module from the dashboard.
3. Enter a quick access password.
4. Select the pump.
5. Select Pre-Pay option.
6. Select fuel grade.
7. Enter amount.
8. Click on the done button.
9. It will ring up the transaction from the cash register.
10. Complete the transaction by any payment mode.
11. Now, Click on the pump.
12. Click on authorize button to dispense fuel from the pump.
13. Now, the customer will be able to fill up their car tank.

2. Pre Set (Post-Pay):-

In this kind of payment method, the customer pays after fuelling. However, the Post-Pay method has a restriction as it only allows the amount set by the admin in the setting. It charges the customer after the fuelling process is over.

Please follow the below steps:-

1. Open Rapid RMS application.
2. Select the Cash register module from the dashboard.
3. Enter a quick access password.
4. Select the pump.
5. Select Post-Pay option.
6. It will ring up the transaction from the cash register.
7. Complete the transaction by any payment mode.

3. Outdoor pay (Pay at Pump):-

In this type of payment, method customers pay at the pump by swiping his/her credit card at the pump. The pump will ask for the zip code, and with authorization, the fuel will dispense from the pump.
