Issue a Refund
To issue a refund to a customer who has paid in cash, you can search for the invoice and click Refund.
Alternatively, you can ring up the items the customer wants to return and select Refund in Checkout.
Credit and Debit Card Refunds
If you have made duplicate charges or need to issue a refund to a customer, you will need to contact your credit card processing company. If you have access to your credit card processing portal. you can log in and issue the refund there.
